With a focus on sustainability, the menu highlights indigenous ingredients and elevates local favourites. For those who are ready to go on a sensory journey, an unforgettable dining experience awaits.
Chefs Rikku, Warwick & Christiaan

Maverick duo, Chef Rikku Ó’Donnchü and Chef Warwick King, are the minds behind EXHIBIT A. Joining the duo, is Christiaan De Jongh.

With more than 30 years of combined experience, including stints in the Michelin-starred kitchens of The French Laundry [Thomas Keller], and The Fat Duck [Heston Blumenthal], and Delaire Graff, and La Colombe, respectively, they are ready to drive a new wave of South African cuisine.

Along with their team, the three chefs will work to redefine fine-dining by offering guests a fun, immersive experience defined by the freshest local produce, and world-class wines.

All dietary and allergy requirements must be communicated no later than 48 hours before booking.

50% deposit required within 24 hours of booking to secure table. Cancellations after 48 hours before booking will result in NO refund of deposit.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to all tables.
